2013-10-22Eight Service Teams Get Together in San Diego for JAC S5 Product Technology Training Summit
On the morning of Oct.14th , Chile time, eight service teams including 16 service managers from Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Columbia, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Chile got together in San Diego for S5 product technology training which was held in JAC South America training center. The training summit was JAC after-sales preparation for new product's launch, and was reflect of JAC philosophy of"Operating with Respect of Customers, Selling with Satisfactory Service'. JAC emphasis on service first will provide adequate service for the market development.
At 9 o'clock am, JAC service director delivered a welcome speech during a short but grand training opening ceremony. This was the first time that JAC organized a large-scale region training, which could promote JAC overseas distributors' service capability, and meanwhile strengthen regions distributors' relationship in order to maintain JAC current product and service market competency in South America.
In order to make distributors better know JAC S5's specification, property, parameters and performance, JAC service director introduced S5 products, S5 engagement in First China Grand Rally (CGR) and S5 static appreciation. In the afternoon, a mountain test drive was held, and all the drivers experienced S5's excellent driving performance, after that, the drivers proposed their opinions to better improve the product. The products experience opened the prelude of S5 technology training.
South America is one of JAC the most important strategy markets with strict technical regulation and service standard. JAC will pay attention to and strengthen technology service communication with South American countries in the future, and will lead the service development direction with innovative and breakthrough measures.
