On June 14th Brazil time, consulate-general of China in Sao Paulo Mr. Sun Rongmao meets General Manager of JAC International Mr. She Cairong and JAC Brazil partner Mr. Sergio Habib.
Positioned high-end, aiming at official cars market
Mr.Sun has heard about JAC development in Brazil from the introduction of Mr.She and Mr.Sergio Habib, and communicated with them about Chinese automobile brands' development prospects in overseas' markets. Mr. Sun says right now China and Brazil develop smoothly, among which economy cooperation is one of the most important backbones in the strategic partnership of the two countries, JAC, as Chinese first automobile brand has exerted great influence in Brazil market and moreover, established a typical example for the cooperation between China and Brazil. JAC entered Brazil market since March, 2011 and leaped to No.1 Chinese automobile brand in Brazil rapidly. It has won the trust and recognition from Brazil consumers, and meanwhile it has caught the attention from the famous media of Chinese, Brazil and other international countries, such as News Broadcast, CCTV 1, Folha de Sao Paulo and Washington Post,etc.
Mr. Sun hopes that mutual enterprises can better understand each other, take full use of the distinct advantages and accelerate the localized investment progress with close cooperation Besides, Mr. Sun expresses his willing that the consulate will provide positive supports and help to JAC when it needs.
Mr. She extends his gratitude to Mr. Sun's attention and support to JAC in Brazil, and expresses the willing that JAC will play the lead role to actively promote mutual automobile enterprises' communication and cooperation, and as well push mutual relationship to develop soundly and rapidly. What's more, Mr. She has reported the project status of JAC establishing joint venture in Brazil: In Nov.2011, JAC signed the framework agreement with SHC; JAC joint venture is located in Camaçari Bahia with planned annual production of 80,000 units. It is predicted that the plant will be put into operation in 2012 and will create more than 3500 direct jobs.
